Hey @Lewis Keen, welcome to the site this is what i've found from playing so far.

depends on the amount of people on the team tbh for instance if you have 5-7, you would be looking at around £35 each for entry less if you are splitting games with a team mate, then paint costs depending on how much you play you could go through a couple of boxes so £25-£30 per box of paint so around £85-£95 a day if you are paying full entry and using 2 cases of paint :)

£80 - £100 usually for me, for tournaments at Bricketwood. That's just the paint/entry costs though, and you may have to factor in travel costs and things like food etc...

For our team to attend CPPS (we have to travel from Scotland)

It works out at roughly £85/PP if we have 7 players.

If we have a full squad of 11, it works out to be like £69/PP

That covers everything including paint, travel and entry

130 Euros for the plane ticket, Dublin to Birmingham
25 pounds for hotel
50 pounds for paint
50 for entry? I don't remember honestly.
25-40 for food.

Cpps entry prices for 2017 are here:

http://okpb.co.uk/#/news

Breakin / break out are the entry level tournament at £225 per team, which is £45 each for 5 people, or less if you have spare bodies to rotate
Then add paint

It is 5 man format for breakin/break out, and I believe it's M500 in which you would have 2 pots & a hopper per game
(Probably 2500 paintballs)

You won't shoot all that paint for every player

Ensure you have £500 for the team, pay your deposit / game fee at the start and if you have a reliable person who can count then get them to hold the cash
Once the day is over and you have the final paint bill clear that and dish back the change
Alternately put together a team account, everyone pay in x amount and then during the year carry the balance over, either to make things cheaper later on or to buy team assets such as bulk buy pots, a virute clock chrono etc
