Now it's in two pieces check the threads are totally clear of any mud or grit !

Also bear in mind the grease you used on the threads before may well have held grit on them and caused the issue as opposed to help prevent it !

Put in the gloves, grasp the shaft firmly, twist it the opposite way from how you normally do, make sure its lubed up properly, it'll feel wrong at first but eventually you'll get it off. One of the best things about paintball is the double entre laden terminology. Just off to lube the nipples on my autococker and clean my balls to ensure I can empty them over someone, hope the ram is strong enough and I don't have a problem with short stroking leading to cocking errors.
