I was going through the same error. Now i know. So every new member has to have 20 minimum genuine posts or replies to be able to be eligible to post in classified section.

Posting load a times onto different old threads within a short period is not the best way to become enamoured with The Fun Police ;-)
I must have completely read past this on all the newbie bits, maybe a mention of it in the class fields would be good - I came across the site from the Facebook buy and sell page - but I ain't able to contact the guy that was selling on there because of the 20 post thing
