From the pics on his Facebook profile (if genuine) it looks like he is (or was) part of the Bugstompers scenario team. Might be someone over on UKS who knows him @CraigofScotland ?

i have been in touch with them and they have had issues with him as well last year
so no longer have anything to do with him for a long time
