I've never been in that much of a hurry to fill my car that I've bothered trying to swing the hose over the car, although the petrol stations that won't switch on the pump until I get off my motorbike annoy me - its easier to get it really full while you're still sat on it!
Nor have I. But cant understand why people do. I'm the one that uses the pump that opposes my fuel cap (should one be free) to:
A) Save time- doesn't imply I'm in a hurry
B) Not be a nuisance by causing unnecessary queuing as this the logical answer.

I don't know about you, but i'd rather not queue in any situation. Especially if the person who you are queuing behind decides to do their weekly shop at a station that has a Tesco Express or M&S. Im sure you would grow tired of waiting and move to the next available pump?

Haha, @Harbinger you and @Spookls would get on like a house on fire if you both ever met!
Better yet, buy a bigger car ( H1 ) and bash theirs out of the way. And seriously I've never ever ever actually used the wrong hose for fuel, I seriously cba with it. you'd also cry if it had grit stuck to it as well and dragged it over the car, yes. yes you would.

I have 3 motoring related things guarenteed to wind me up. people who don"t realise fog lamps can also be turned off.
lycra clad numptys who insist on cycling along side a perfectly useable cycle path.i think they would get pretty pi**ed if i drove my car down their cycle path.and pillocks who have no idea what lane of the motorway they should be in.the outer lanes are overtaking only grrr.

You know, there's not much that grinds my gears anymore. A few life lessons in the past few years have taught me just to let it go.

the thing that grinds my gears now is people that let idiotic things stand in the way of doing something they want. I see it every day. Don't be scared. You get one shot. You're the boss of your own life. Take charge and own that s**t.
