If you haven't got a marker yet I would say hold off and get one of those first, the older pumps like phantoms Bushmasters, etc would suit the gunslinger type ones, But I would still go with something like a viewloader to start, because you WILL want to upgrade your marker, and the first things you need to get are a marker and a bottle, most of my pumps with the exception of the empire sniper are set up for CO2, and there's not that many that I know that have CO2 nowadays, so the other option is to get a CO2 changer or go with an air system straight away, which means for most older pumps you will need to buy a regulator of sorts for the marker and one with your bottle.
Unless you can afford the bottle and marker , I would hold off and save up for something decent, also the grips you bid on in my other auction would be no good for any of the odlder stuff, they suit a more modern marker. I would get your marker and bottle first and then get a hopper, you can usually get a deal on all three on here.
work out your budget and then look around for something.
I don't think my empire sniper would be any good for you, unless you really really just want a pump, because there are cheaper electronic markers out there if you look around.
