Take a look at this thread:

http://p8ntballer-forums.com/threads/what-paintball-costs.153010/

It goes through a summary of different ways to paintball and general costs.
Actual site prices may vary, as it's usually a balance of entry fee and paint profit.

Diamond wars is a bit of a different beast, (I've never played the regular diamond wars games, only the paintfest diamond wars games), but in my point of view it's a scenario walkon - the extra bells and whistles of a scenario game, but on a regular walk on basis

Instead of just playing for a day and trying to win more games then the opposition diamond wars scores throughout the year

Paintfest however is literally a paintball festival, with various flavours of paintball to be found

There are games in the woods, games in zones, a giant inflatable speedball arena, airsoft, a big free party, traders and lots of paintballers out for a good time

I will be popping along on Sunday for a look round. First time going, been doing paintball since the 80's but haven't done it for years. Just got an Empire Axe as getting back into it ( could say mid life crisis ). So coming along to see the traders to get a few bits to get me going again.

Don't want to lose NPF a sale, but you the worst that can happen is you pay the same price
Look around the paintfest traders and you will probably get a deal

Hey guys sorry to be a pain ... I live near Newcastle a fair drive from Birmingham ... I have spoken to the booking office but they wont let us arrive the night before (because you have to be there from 9) does anyone know where we could maybe stay for the night any local campsites etc? Thanks :)
