Valuation: Airow Bow

Well, I have me an Airow Bow. Over the last 6 months I've used it....twice. It's not enough to have it and only use it a couple times a year. So, the idea of selling it has popped into my head. I have no idea what it's worth though.

The airow attachment itself - mostly good nick, just needs a handle to pull back the cocking rod. I use duct tape.

The bow (a Parker single cam) - yeah, I don't know. Draw weight is set to 65lbs

I'll give you a tenner for it as you haven't used it much

More realistically they are like rocking horse poo here in the uk
Being a compound bow, the bow can add significantly depending on the bow itself
I know nothing about compound bows so have no idea if this is basic or top of the range

As there are few around (unless buying new) and even fewer coming up for sale then the value should be good, however with the new cost it's a matter as to whether the people who want one are willing to pay
Second hand value is only to the level that someone is willing to pay and you are willing to let it go for

Hi bud, did you manage to sell the airow and bow? If so how much did it go for? Im looking to get an airow set in the near future but as the previous poster they seem to be rare to come by in the uk.. Also just out of curiosity, which handed was the bow? thanks im advance.

Reached out to a few people who were interested when I lent it out/bought it, but nothing came of it. Turns out the bow is a good one, so I'm getting it restrung in the new year.

The bow is right handed (hold in left hand, draw with the right). They are crazy rare it seems, 90% of people seem to think I'm just screwing around with it (which is exactly what it's for), but it's so much fun.

Ah fair enough glad it is getting its use again. Im left handed currently wielding a recurve bow (though i had a pse compound for a while) i can certainly imagine its a great deal of fun. Surely the reason to get one is to have fun :-P where did you originally get the airow attachment from?

Aw man, if I use use a recurve with the attachment I'd love to. My Airow attachment I got with the bow.

thanks for the link i did check it out but unfortunately more than im willing and able to pay.. It would be fun to shoot it with recurve but it seems more suited to a compound bow, but thats just a guess, never had a chance to see one up close

If you're ever down south or at NvS/Paintfest, I'll be there, you're more than welcome to borrow it for a while.

67lb draw gets it to 230fps (+/-1), I would think you'd need a 95lb draw to get it to 300fps.

Ah cool thanks thats not too bad, bit heavier than im currently able to draw. Just slowing building up! Thanks for all the information you've provided
