You have to be a plat member to be able to use the feedback part of your profile.
Non plat members can leave plat members feedback,but can not have feedback them selves.
So if the person you bought off is not a plat member,you can not leave them any.
If you want to become a plat member,click on the plat badge that is on a members profile,and it will take you to the paid subscriptions to become a plat member,you can pay by paypal and you have a choice between a years membership or a lifetime membership.
