If you ever get down on numbers, just try to cross up and hold the field down until you even up the odds. Support your other teammates and not yourself (in other words, if you're in a 3 on 4 situation and you're on the right side, you shoot across to the left and let a teammate on your left shoot across to your side).

When you have an opportunity to do something productive, do it, and don't think twice about it. The worst case scenario is that you'll get shot a couple times and walk off the field having learned a lesson for the next game.

If you can, pool paint for the entire team, that way you don't have to worry about back guys not shooting enough paint to cover the front guys because it's too expensive.

Make sure you know what kind of game suits your team best (i.e. conservative, aggressive, etc.). Once you know what type of game will take the most advantage of your strengths, you need to find out what will control the game to keep it at the tempo that you need. This is especially important when deciding what primaries to take IMO.

Finally, try to have a couple different game plans, because the other teams will be watching you, and you don't want them to know exactly what you're planning on doing.

Who's doing What?

Give each player a specific job. Let each player know their primary and secondary bunkers, and what lanes need to be covered from those bunkers.

If each player knows what their small part is, then the team will perform better.

COMM COMM COMM Shout to each other permanently. If you play front, Turn your head back to shout at the backs, don't shout looking forward, they won't hear you.

Take plenty of PCPs and a pkt of Nurofen before you play. It stops you flinching when you get shot, giving yourself valuable seconds to lose a hit before a marshal notices. ;)
