i found this on pb nation and thats all i can find from looking around.
The Mojo not holding settings seems to have crept up as a problem for several people. Re-flashing would likely help, but you would need to track down the flash utility through the manufacturer, if you can (I believe we had an Angel user in Australia who managed to track it down). Try contacting Rabies on here - that's the guy who operates Rabid Paintball, the designer of the Mojo board.

I got a message from Rabies, this is a known issue, apparently there's a bug somewhere in the settings code that makes it overrun its allotted space in flash after a while.

He's sent me a copy of the firmware, which you can find here: http://www.rabidpaintball.com/downloads/angel_fw_0_99_debug.zip

Download, install the "debug" version of the firmware using the utility, then once that's booted select
Hardware -> Factory Reset in the utility

It'll reset all the settings but will make it work properly once it's gone crazy/stopped saving settings.
