When you fill a bottle the pressure causes heat which expands the air. As it cool's, the air contracts and the pressure in your bottle can go down by a few 100psi, this is normal.

Also your gauge reads in PSI and not BAR

FYI its not 300 bar & 250bar but 3000psi and 2500psi

Standard gauges are marked in psi

300bar is approx 4300psi, 310bar is 4500psi
3000psi is approx 200bar

Not a problem if you only mis-mention bar & psi, unless you attempt to fill an aliminium 3000psi cylinder on an air fill station marked 300bar in which case you get a blown safety and a lot of people run away from you

I recognise that reg & nipple cover :)
Should be getting better efficiency, what are the dwell, operating pressure & back-cap settings on your Mini?

Think factory default settings are
op 200
semi-auto,
dwell 28 flashes (7ms),
rof 13 bps (bit of a guess that, I had to set mine at 10 for site-compliance),
bip 1ms.

Try op 180
semi-auto
dwell 24
back-cap 3 complete turns out from fully in. Have a go with those over a chrono & let us know the results.
