Tungsten carbide CT-5. Tough as hell. Not Crome vanadium other wise it would say CV

I have one just like it in my toolbox

Main body will be an investment casting of chromium vanadium tool steel with a shot peened finish and a dull nickel chrome plating.

Black part will be a chemically blacked steel machined from stock

Replaceable pin will be a heat treated hardened nickel chrome plated steel

Tommy bar nickel chrome plated steel.
