Anyone know what length and thread a standard ASA/Rail bolt is?

Cheers. I would measure one, but I don't have any kicking around.

Also if anyone has a couple they want to exchange for beer tokens, drop me a line.

For reference, the thread is #10-32 UNF. Length varies, but is typically 1/2" or 5/8". Head also varies between cap head or countersunk.

Screws that screw downwards from the inside of the frame and press against the rail? Grub screws, still #10-32 thread, as are the clamping screws on quite a lot of the expanding-dovetail type rails such as CP and Eclipse dovetail rails.

EDIT: Pictures may come in handy:

I have a few sizes of all of the above, so if you can say which you need I may be able to help :)
