Barrel inserts/sizer

can anyone tell me if any freak insert or sizer if any brand fit the empire super freak or does the empire kit only take certain inserts, looking to get a bigger 691 or 693 insert for when I play with budget paint.
I'm finding rps toxin and sterling shield a bit too snug in my 690.

Personally find it easier to try blowing a few balls through the insert
You want to use instead of messing around with a gauge. Get one or two inserts for price of a gauge probably

Good point, but would gog inserts fit the empire back for example?

Freak fits into superfreak yeah all the same sizes I believe
