your back line plays it defensively by shooting tones of paint while the front bunka monkeys play aggressivly and push up field.

this months pgi (it finally arrived:D ) talkss about the 1 hopper tactic - the back guys do nothing apart from shoot until their hoppers are empty and the front guys take over (this is basic and in a nutshell)

Depends on the field and the opposition !!!

The key thing to think about is the field layout and the key bunkers you need to take control over and stop the opposition taking on their side of the field.

If the field layout gives you a number of key lanes - which the opposition will have to run across - you need to be filling these with paint - to take 1 / 2 players on the break !!! Look to have up to 6 guns up on the break with 1 front player making a key position on the 50 !! Not as easy as it sounds - believe me - needs to be practised.

During a recent practice we had with Nexus - Ledz highlighted the need to stay on your gun in the 1st few minutes of the game - to take control of the "airways" - he believes every mid and back player should be emptying their hoppers to get early eliminations and stop the opposition moving.

Also - you need to know what your opposition usually do on breakouts - if they have 3 guns up - with the remainder of their team trying to take bunkers - then you need to match them and work out what routes their runners will be taking to these bunkers - to eliminate them on the way in. If they will have 5 guns up then you need to surpress their shooters and get your front guys into key positions to take control of the field.

Alternatively you need to do what Dynasty etc do and Breakout with all guns up AND take all the key bunkers while running and shooting out the opposition at the same time !!! LOL

Lanark.
As was said before it all depends on the feilds. But aggressive is the way to play. Change your game, don`t become predictable, don`t go for the standard back right, back left, unless the field needs it. Make your opposition think, cos there gonna look stupid if at the break they are sweetspotting the corners and nobody goes to them aren`t they.

It depends on your personel mainly. If your a slower team you may have better luck staying back and shooting while you 1-2 fast players run, just my view. Ask your teammates, see what they think you should do.
