i think the post answers the questions reasonably, as no one would every think it was an underhand move from yourself mate! I do think it may have been handled better in a sense of making other teams aware of the situation in advance, as I think its obvious why people would be slightly put out! regardless of whether its designed as a fun tournie or not, no one like to FEEL cheated.
I think gran has done the respectable thing in the matter, and it can be laid to rest i hope.
