Clone GTi problem- shooting low :-(

Get your board back to stock settings, put a fresh battery in.
Make sure the orings on the power tube are good and that the bolt keg inner oring (017) is clean and has enough lube.

Out of interest, what reg are you using?

Yeah I'll do that, I'm pretty sure the stock settings are what the board is currently at, except for ramping @ 10.4 bps. I'm pretty sure the o rings on the drive train are all healthy, I'll double check now. How well do you lube the bolt keg inner o ring?

I've for a guerilla 4500 air system on it currently

You don't need a huge amount on there, just make sure it's clean and has a thin covering.

Ah ok, I think hat's what I've done; I gave the drive train a good wipe down again and conservative lubing... yeah if you're down at Bricket Wood soon, and wouldn't mind having a gander, that'd be much appreciated :)
