    hi ive a 2012 demon but not too sure if my settings are correct, as sometimes when firing the balls dont want to leave the barrel, but when ramp kicks in they go from onli going a few feet to no more than 20ish feet, ive ordered a 0.693 barrel in case its the paint but its happened a couple of times with different paint, its starting to depress me a had this since start of september and since ive had it not had a playing day with it without propblems and having to revert to backup a5. dont think its from overuse as it onli had 327 on the shot count when i got it had just been serviced and onli managed to get a round or 2 from it without a leak or issuse, dont think its the reg output as its being run on a 1.5l luxifer tank with GA Myth 2 reg.

    its on Ramp atm

    Max ROF = 10.4 bps
    ROF Cap = ON

    ramp config is this

    ramp start = 5.0 bps
    ramp stop = 5.0 bps
    ramp reset = 1.0 bps
    semi shots = 3 shots
    max burst = 5 shots

    settings are these

    Dwell = 17.0 ms
    Debounce = 5.0 ms
    Eye delay = 3.0 ms
    Eye Sens. = 10
    Bolt Delay = 8.0 ms
    Clearing Shot = on
    FSDO Time = 100
    FSDO Dwell = 1.5 ms
    Loader Pulse = 20 ms

    any help would be apprieciated guys
    cheers
    Rexy

    I dont think your settings are the fault here?

    Im thinking the inner can 017 0ring may be the issue, and its causeing bolt stick.

    Also what lube are you useing?

    okay, sounds like a bit of bolt stick.
    easy way to sort this out is to up your dwell. similar problem with a team mates demon when he first got it.
    this can be down to wrong/too much lube. or the bolt needing to be broken in. or more than likely if it's new and your not used to this type of marker, both
    increase your dwell by increments of 0.5ms until the demon fires as it should. as soon as it fires normaly up the dwell another 0.5ms just to be sure. this should solve the problem for now, and over time as you use it more and more you will be able to drop your dwell lower and lower

    so far it took my mate about 14000 rounds to break his in and mines taken about 12000 to break in but i started with my dwell set at 21.0ms and now i have it down to 16.0ms.
    it just takes time fella.

    try that out and let us know how you get on ;)

    no its not onli ramping does it on semi too, bps is 10.4 never had it higher than 15 in game, replaced orings mentioned and cleaned and re lubed blolt but seems to still want to do it, when ive more paint handy i'll try it with a higher dwell, near the 14k mark already shot wise. just wondering cold it be the detents are sticking out too much and therefore slowing the ball as it passes them meaning the dnt have enough energy to leave the barrel??

    A higher dwell will give you duff efficiency as the solenoid will be open for too long.

    If you are useing the supplied dow 55 within the gun this may have swelled the seals slightly giving you bolt stick.
    If you can get holt of hater marmalade try that, i had great results with it.

    I have some harder dura 90 orings that may also help with the bolt stick, i can post you some out if needed? or you are more than welcome to swing round.
