EGO-6 firing modes...

Just bought a tidy EGO-6, just wondering if I always have to remove the grip to change the firing mode or am I missing something in the settings? Cheers

Did you get a manual with it, it's got a pretty neat Menu Tree diagram within? If not click here
You should only have to remove the grip in order to switch the board lock on/off by pressing the wee (red?) button on the right hand side.

After that, it's just a case of pressing in the power button for a bit to access the menu then selecting the MODE option. (the first choice is off, press up / down to navigate)

Thanks buddy, I'll give that a try when I get home today! It came with a manual but half the pages missing and the rest are water damaged!

Alas, you can't buy new manuals, to the best of my knowledge from eclipse, but you might get lucky in the wanted sections?
