No doubt in my mind. Perception!! You can't teach it, you've either got it or you haven't. You can drill all day, practice your snap shooting, slide, speed up your trigger finger, get fit and spend your pay packet at clinics but if you can't feel what's going on you might as well not be on the field.
i reckon it's teamwork, the kind that's learnt from grinding whenever you can with your team and getting to learn how each other plays, in my opinion if your team mates have good perception they will make moves based on this and even if you are a dumb twit as long as you know how your team plays you can make moves of theirs and fill etc....
accuracy. you can have every skill under the sun, including those above, to give you the opportunities to win games but if you are incapable of actually shooting the person (the whole point of the game) then no amount of incredible moves and teamwork will win games for you.
I'd put Breakout right up there. Getting someone on the break, and keeping all your team in can give you a severe advantage throughout, easily helping you to win the point.

snap shooting - if your the last guy on your team and you cant snap you may as well just give them the point, but if you can hit your target in a split second you may just be the hero
Communication. If your whole team know where every opposition member is, then you're already one step ahead as any moves that are made can either be covered properly or made in such a way that there is no danger of getting shot out. Also knowing you're numbers as well as theirs is a big advantage as confusion can easily cost a game...
