GEO 3 not working, need to send to eclipse

Hello guys, i was wondering the procedure of sending a marker to eclipse for repair. No matter what i try i cant get my geo to fire, it has air to the power core and the board is registering the trigger. Suspecting the solenoid isnt working.

How do i go about sending it to planet for repair?

Hi Matthew

First of all before you send it to us, all I need to know is that you have a high quality battery in your Geo Energizer, Duracell or Paintball Energy anything else isn't good enough

if the battery isn't the problem then you need to send your marker into us to the address below
with a covering letter with your contact info the problem etc

I spoke to Matthew this morning and sorted him out

Turns out that his trigger was wound in too far and that prevented his marker from firing as it was never in a state when the trigger had been "released". The good old Trigger Detection Indicator saved him time and money
