I purchased a 10 pack of Duracell Procells about 5 weeks ago and I used 2 batteries from this pack. Both worked perfectly fine. Next I tried 2 new batteries from the same pack and the same error occurs. I also tried a different A-brand battery from a teammate (new) and the same problem occurs.

You used 2 batteries in 5 weeks?

What is your screen doing when you pull the trigger, flickering etc?

if the screen flickers when you turn the marker on you may have some dodgy batteries if not
could be a few things
Solenoid Flow Restrictor (SFR) set too low
SFR assembly is blocked
Training Mode is enabled
Inline regulator is supercharging
Dirty body filter

with it being a planet gun just completely strip down the marker give it a good clean and lube follow the manual see if that sorts if not maybe send it to planet or see the planet tech at an event
