All right, why go remote? Is the added mobility I would get from freeing my gun from its heavy tank, worth hauling it around in my 2+1 pack and shelling out $40-$50 for a coil?? I have a 9oz and am soon buying a 20oz. Its on a TL+ and I play in the woods and am kinda worried about getting the coil tangled in the undergrowth.

If you want the freedom to move, use a remote but add a stock to steady your aim. As for getting it tangled up, i had one for years and didn't have a problem:)

In the end its down to preferance. As you're a rec baller see if you can borrow someones remote setup to try before you go and do it.

Just my 2p's worth
