trick question! nothing can travel faster than light, only light, and a few atom sized particles but unless you had a very very very tiny car it wouldn't matter, but if you could, i would say they would switch on but not illuminate anything in front of you because you would be going the same speed as the light emitted by the headlight.

The car is travelling at the speed of light, not past it.

you want to get away from the idea of the car travelling at lightspeed, as that comes with a whole host of problems.
Just focus on the light turning on in front of you.

Depends where the car was made. If made here, lights would likely not work at all.
