help needed

hi mods

i need help i been trying to get on the for sale section to buy a marker
i've spent all day try to get in done the 10 post count thing and i have people on here that will vouch for me if it needed all i want to do is put a offer in knowing my luck it may get refused but i want to try i have done so much research on it to get a good view on what to offer

any help would be much appreciated
