Hold your marker by the grip and rotate 90 degrees to the right so your hopper and side of your gun are flat. Your air tank should just reach your bicep. That according to dynasty is the most comfortable length.

In Norwich try an sprak to Edd or Ran

By centering your marker in the middle of your face it means that when you lean out of your bunker you can see. It looks like you are leading with your marker and so it it the first thing to be seen by an opposing player and it is the furthest out. Have a look at the above pics you can see that it give you a tighter profile and a more accurate one.

Its beneficial to accuracy as you will shoot where you are looking rather than trying to aim an offset marker.

also, grip on the front regulator is very important..

it can be in a number of way's, Because it is a key part in aiming a paintball marker it needs to be a firm and comfortable grip, which can be maneuvered easy.

many people just keep the hand firmly locked around the regulator tucking the thumb in, the thumb can also be moved up along the marker body (i do this, as i find it makes my aiming more mobile and improves my agility moving the marker while keeping a firm grip).

some, choose to move the front hand up the regulator and wrap the thumb over the top of the barrel/marker body.

try a few techniques, and see which you are most comfortable with.

also, when firing a marker, try not to "rake" the trigger and stick your elbows out, keep everything to the smallest profile possible, but keep things comfy :)

try this dave steward taught me a neat little trick to get your marker right for you every time, put the end of the bottle in the centre of your chest and pull it in as you do this your sholders will automatically roll forward thus giving your opposition a smaller targget to shoot at this will also lower your hopper a bit which will protect your forehead from a shot as for stance well everyone plays different but general rule in uk and europe is playing tight to your bunker. here is a link to a pic i found of me at the xball tourny last weekend sometimes i play very tight then other games i will play loose ad farther back from bunkers to get a better shot but all i will say is im at dartford most sundays and i have worked with a couple of uni teams with trainning on this stuff so if your interested ill pass on wot i can for you to adapt into your game.

Cheers m8 :) Its annoying living so far away from sup'air sights. Won't be in dartford till after the summer.

Once I get my marker back I will try all of the advice that has been given, and will look at my marker set-up maybe extend the rail a bit.

Ok any chance of getting some pointers on my stance as well please?

Just to say that this is my gun battling stance and I realise that I should be wayyyy closer to the bunker and I should have a more dynamic leg stance( I was just showing some1 something in this shot) I'm really just wondering if my bottle's in the right sort of place for gun battling - when running and a gunning etc I have it a little bit further down and in for extra stability...
Try to crouch a little bit, cos if you need to make a rapid sprint you waste
time by crouching, then running. Also makes you more agile and harder to hit.
Bunkers like that it's sometimes better to get right down on your knees and sway side to side. But don't hang out the sides too long, standing up or on the knees. Do a few quick bursts one side, then a few more on the other side. Keep switching, keep on the move. Oh, and keep your elbows in, then there isn't so much chest or elbow to hit and the paint's more likely to swing past. ;)
