Ion XE fooked

Hey guys,

I've got a wee Ion Xe which is apparently fooked as the on off button on the board has snapped.

I know it's possible to convert these to mechs, does anyone have any idea how much it would be? not looking to spend a fortune.

Is it worth more flogging it off for spare parts??

Surely you can wire in a new switch? You might be able to use one of those on/off pads on it if it has the connection (or maybe solder it on).

(and MeDiC is correct, gommie does the kits, but I don't know the price).

It's only a wee site gun, converting it to mech would probably be easier.

I'm happy enough to sell it, I have another one there working properly, maybe someone else fancies a wee project

I'm pretty sure a mech conversion would cost you more than a new board pal.
