Don't know how he done the ear pieces? i'm guessing they are just plastic so doing the same tutorial i posted earlier!

Pity some of the designs look like you've been shot in the goggles - just what over-zealous refs look for when pulling 1-4-1's.

Yeah i noticed that too! maybe if you did the bulk colors like the White + Orange, Or Black + Yellow. you could get away with it.
