I don't think there are any rules changes, they've already announced what has and hasn't changed in response to the PSP changes.

Filmed from different angles maybe? I know they were asking about which camera views people would prefer. It'd be cool to have the overhead steady cam shots like in the NFL. Like this:

I don't mind the camera behind the player, gives me somewhere to hide when a stream of paint comes in, remember doing this at World Cup in 07 during the finals with me Merv, Gary and a couple of others lined up behind the video guy as B Short got blasted out of the snake in the final

Worse was the snake cam on the big boom as a German tried to decapitate you!
