Empires pipe or driver barrels? Check out justpaintballs site for them, looked decent in the shop.
why no freak? if its a branding thing then maybe dyes range? if its a price thang then the nightstick option is probably your only option although how good they are i cant say.
I use a one piece 14" stiffi on my gs, I'm happy with it. I have no comparison to anything other than the standard barrel but its a big improvement over that.
Think I paid about £50 for it, looks the part too!

I've actually contemplated this with my gs,but does it really make that much difference ? Think I'll concentrate on playing some more first
I would say so yes. Give my superfreak a try on some targets or something next time at a game
Freaks are decent barrels if you dont like the 2 piece design there is always the deadlywind carbon fiber that takes freak inserts.
the new empire kit that comes with the ressurection/sniper is also a decent kit
so are shaft kits.
if your just looking cheap sometimes i would suggest saving money, a good paint to bore match is always better for performance, so getting inserts or multiple sized backs is going to benefit you more than a one size fits all barrel
