nt11 bolt not returning.

As above, have had new solenoid, new o rings everywhere, pretty much new everything, apart from bolt.

End of my tether, when I have enough posts will be for sale!

Should have been more specific, returns most the way back, probably sits a few mm forward

if the bolt is not returning then usually you may wan't to have a look at the bolt? maybe try changing and relubing the engine and see if that does anything

Done that, in discussion with a due tech, hopefully be sorted by the weekend. Could be dwell settings

try new battery then relube but use a little less. should be able to easily flick the bolt back into the can. also up the dwell slightly

Not leaking, on virtue board with a built in rechargeable battery which is full!

Waiting to pick it up tonight as is stuck in my van in the dealership since I wrote this post! Then will put a bag of balls through it

Whats the dwell set at? If you have a virtue redefined board then 1 click = .3ms, so if you have the dwell set at 6, then it'll actually be about 2ms. If that doesnt sort it, then is the spool in the wrong way round or is there a spring there, cos the spool controls the bolt position, so if the spool gets stuck forward, so will the bolt
