Hi

My NT11 can do 4000 shotts without break any paint, sometimes can't even take a pod!!!!

Why this happens?! Same paint used.

There are any number off reasons why a paintball marker will break paint.
Some are:
Was there a variance in the temperature or humidity between days (i.e. cold day = brittle paint, humid day = paint swells)
Are you using changing barrels to suit the paint i.e. tight bore barrels (again too tight difficulty in feeding, too loose and the balls bobble and bounce).
Have you checked your hopper for battery life, slow hopper = mis-feeding, ball bobble = breaks.
What's the ROF/BPS you are trying to get too, can you bring it down, it will help.
You say same paint, but not every paint box is the same, even between same batches the balls change.
Have you checked the Nt11 spring in the valve.
Have you checked the rubber inserts are all ok.
Last one - do you service and lube after every days play - Dye's need this - a little and often.

N.b. I've just got an NT11 and so far loving it.
