Wife is moaning that we get oily black crap in the washing machine after washing paintball kit.
Is this oily paint residue and does anyone else get this.
Its a pretty new Samsung thing, any suggestions.
( could have put this in the ask Missy section, but wanted a serous answer!)

I don't think it's paint.

Is the machine set too hot so that it's melting your stuff?

(Serious answer - it does happen!)

Alternatively, is there an octopus in your pocket?

are you playing indoors?
Are you playing on turf with rubber in it?
Are you using non-PEG oil-based paint, such as Valken Infinity??

Thanks people, not too hot its 30 deg normal daily wash.
Running around in the woods or grass speedball field.
GI paint ,empire Evil or cheap training paint, only one guy uses Valken in his DAM.
Checked pockets can't see an Octopus but may be one living in machine .
Told the wife son and I ain't to blame .
Unless its liquid testosterone ?
No jokes about "man fat thanks"

It's all planet stuff either HDE kit or Planet speedball tops and bottoms.
Planet bounce vests ,arm pads and gloves.
Exalt Fluffys I leave in trouser pockets.
Wooly hats, not much else.

I'm out of idea's.
When I have seen black stuff it's usually the paint - eating gloves, grips, or other rubber items.
If your grips appear 'sticky' that could still be the issue.
If the RPS paint you're shooting is out of Taiwan that could be the issue too.
Try switching to a Procaps ball for a couple of washes, something with 'eco-fill', at least you know that is 100% PEG and made in Canada without oil. If you still see the oily stuff change another variable until you isolate the problem.
Remember also, just because something is 'Eclipse' does not mean it is immune to paint disintegration issues.

Once you have eliminated everything else, you'll know it can only be your wife's fault. I will wait for your post in 'Ask Missy' about that...

Thanks Missy, I didn't think it was the paint.
We haven't got sticky grips.
But had to ask to allay her suspicions .
I don't have much choice of what balls the others throw at me, suppose I could wash off the main paint with hosepipe before washing,I wash the main mud off pants already .
Must be man grease coming off two sweaty blokes.
She enjoys wiping it out of the machine really, just dosent realise it yet!
I'll suggest she saves it in a pot and I could sell it as marker grease ?
