Does anyone know wether i can use a high preset tank(850psi) on a proto pmr?
The tank i have is a pure energy 68ci 4500psi.
If anyone could help me with this it would be great!

Thats on the inline reg, basically you get the output pressure from the bottle - passes into the inline this knocks it down to (200psi (not sure what pmr's run at??) presumably by the use of faries/gnome's or other small industrious creatures) the air then goes through other air paths (can you tell I don't quite know the airpath on the PMR?) but basically theres some faries and stuff, magic happens, just read the manual and you'll be fine

if you are unsure, screw the velocity adjuster all the way in (as well as after cleaning reg) then air it up, unscrewing by a 1/4 turn then a few shots, then another turn, shoot, another turn.. carry on until you're your up to velocity (helps if you use a chrono ;))

If you've shot the PMR and your fps has been around the 300 mark then screwing a hp tank on and gassing up the marker 'should' be ok...

Also I think Balf should be made a mod of this forum. His expertise obviously shines when it comes to the inner workings of a marker... :D
