Random Geo question

I have a Geo+ but I would like to know how you would tell the difference between a Geo+ and a standard Geo because this would help determine the age of the marker.

I found one forum that stated the Geo+ only came in Black, Silver, or Black and Silver. Is this correct?
I have been informed that a kit was released for the GEO, which updated it to the GEO+ spec, if this is correct it would explain why there are so many markers out there claiming to be a GEO+ in various other colours..

I also saw on another forum you can identify the difference by looking at the bottom of the HPR valve, because on a GEO it is round, where on the GEO+ it is shaped like the newer GEO's. Is this correct.

Any more identifying info you may have would be appreciated..

The only difference between the 2 is that the geo+ came with the gr2 and gst fitted. And this was a free upgrade that PE offered all geo owners.

Im more than positive it came out in more colours than that though, I had a 1 of 9 GB one.
