My training involves a lift to the local pub, the purchasing of pints of Guinness and lifting with the right arm to the mouth and sometimes doing the same with the left arm. Then when finished running to the Kebab van and then walking from side to side home.

This all helps with the beer belly that in turn helps with bounces.

Hope this is of some help !!!!

With training, don't over-think it. Truthfully, no gym workout will make you any better at paintball. The best way to get better at 'ball is to play as much as you can.

That being said, if you're looking to play mid or front then sprint training will help a lot. You need to be quick and nothing will get you quicker than sprinting. Also, as been said before, work on explosiveness. Olympic lifts are great for this, although they can be technical to learn, if you use kettlebells or dumbbells instead they can be easier to get to grips with.

Bottom line though, enjoy what you do. :)

TO combat the after play muscle pain make sure you eat a high protein meal within 1 hour after playing. If you don't have the time for that then purchase some whey protein and take a shake with you to drink after you have finished. :)
Yes, My protien has the best cheap protien. Just ordered one. Great value indeed! £40 for 5 kg unflavoured impact whey.
