Hi Dye techs...

At the weekend playing the Super5ives my loader jammed at least once per game. I thought at 1st it was the paint i was using, but blaze was running fine through everyone else Rotors. Then i thought it might be the batteries getting low.. changed them after 2nd game (3 jams in that game) still continued through the day.

It was almost like there was too much paint in the hopper, but my proto pots are only 140. Gave it a bit of a shake, and it would work... only dissapointing thing was the jam trigger did nothing to help......

Any advice you can offer at all please.

Try adjusting the tension half a turn, mine was doing the same with RPS premium untill i adjusted the tension.

Located on the gear box, larger of the two screws.

Hi

Have you tried de-burring the hole at the bottom of the rotor centre? Sometimes when it comes out of the mold a small lip forms on the inside edge of this part, which catches larger/mis-shapen balls and causes the Rotor to stop. If you use a blade or file to take this edge off, it eradicates this problem entirely.

When your Rotor jams, does the LED in the power button stay on, or turn off?

If its easier for you, you can e-mail me - eurotech@dyeprecision.com
