To get a fill from a dive centre you will normally need your own scuba to paintball fill rig
There are two types of fitting on the scuba end - 'din' or 'a clamp'

The only way to answer will be to ask your local dive shop whether they are willing, what fittings you need and what price per fill

Note - the diving industry work in bar we go by psi, those who know what they are doing know which to use, the Saturday boy may get it wrong and blow the burst disk of a 3000psi paintball cylinder - especially when they don't pay attention and you say 3000psi and they see the test pressure markings of 300+bar

4500psi = 310bar
3000psi = 206bar
