Remember your job. My team mates have forgotten this vital job. if you are a back player dont go for the kills and keep your lanes up. if you are a snake polayer run for it. RUN!
Always ask those around you who are more knowledgeable. It really helps and then try adapt it into something you can do well (E.g. dont have a chicken wing)
Look up a bunch of videos on youtube. (*not like a profesional*) Russian legon is amazing for this and the PE teams are amazing

Try to learn watching other players and keep your eyes sharp , focused and ears opened to know whats happening around you...

Stay on your feet. That means squatting instead of kneeling. If you do go to one knee, keep the foot foot flat on the ground. This means you can move and react faster.
