Training techniques/ ideas??

Hi,

Does anyone know of any good training exercises that I can use to improve the techniques etc of my paintball team? We've recently taken on new players, so need exercises to bring them up to scratch!

I have to say Nicky's training days are fun, even though he had my poor 40 year old bones running up and down a wet field in January.

Agreed Nicky's training days are great. He doesn't rush you through either, he makes sure that you understand and can complete what he teaches you.

Yeah, it definately sounds worth it. Im going to discuss it with the comittee on monday and see what they say

2. X-Ball Explained.

These will show you the realities of running and training a team.
