ultralife lithium

has anyone tried the ultralife lithiums yet managed to read one review and the ebay price is excellent atm works out about 1.50 a battery maybe a little cheaper

and if how long they last is true you would get the same use as about 4x the number of procells

paul, you sure on the price ?

I believe there £15 per battery, and the price for postage is £1.50

These batteries do last long, but from what i have read and heard about them , if they leak, the fumes are pretty lethal.

EDIT*** my bad, there a pack of 10 for £15.

To be honest, i found they didn't last much more than procells

We bought 20 of them from ebay, really good... Kept an egg hopper running fine for an entire season with regular use. They don't last 4 x longer than procells, I would guess around 1.5x or 2x longer, possibly.

only issue with them is they are quite large so they are a tight fit into some grip frames. Well worth the money though
