hey i looking for a new barrel and wondering which was the best?

ultralite Vs. boomstick

i've heard that boomsticks are slightly more accurate than ultralites but not that much but cos boomys have steel backs there a bit heavier and they cost like £20-£30 more than an ultralite which is a bit of a rip off and an ultralite is more than adequate so go with the ultra lite

i'd use my U/L over a boomstick anyday however when you do use the the U/L one thing i'd suggest is get more than one bore as you do need to match the bore as exact as possible - however some barrels you dont and they work just aswell.

I've owned all 3 types, Stainless Boomy, Ti Boomy and UL boomy.

Stainless shot the best for me, not really sure why, i would guess the added weight at the front of the gun helped with the balance and perceived kick, i dunno.

Anyhow, they are all excellent and well proven barrels.
