I dont think you will find a dealer over here that does spares but its easy to solder a new battery harness to the board, thats what I did with my virtue shocker board.
Also, the customer service from virtue in the USA is top notch.I posted my board off to them to be updated with the latest software which cost me about £6 to send and they updated it and sent it back to me free of charge within about 2 weeks.
