I just got my new Aspire 1.1L Bottle + Ninja Reg from BZ Paintball and noticed that the bottle has several tiny dings on the outer casing.
Obviously I have read stories about bottles and damaged ones and was wondering if I would be best returning this, or is it just the lacquer that is damaged?

Am I being too cautious?

those kind of things could well be considered damage but will not risk the tank in anyway since it is more cosmetic than anything else. you only need to worry where you are seeing proper chips/cracks that could have damaged the inner lining of the tank. something like yours is not at this stage however i would say that i wouldn't expect to receive a tank with any cosmetic defects if you bought it new.

Would not worry about those, simply imperfections to the lacquer usually when being applied, any damage further down exposing fibres then I'd worry and complain!
