When's my bottle due a test?

Can any one please cionfirm when my bottle requires a re-test? I've posted a picture below, with the born date showing as March 2008.

March next year, the bottle has a 15 year life with 2 tests every 5 years between

You can use it in march 2013. It must be retested by 1 April for continuous use,
