is the input pressure ok? as logic wud say to me that excess pressure cud be leaking out, are all the air pipes in tact? replace the o-rings either they dont look "good",

did u fit a new board at the same time as the QEV?

just check the hose onto the board (small plastic barb).Check it is pushed in correctly,
