What would you do if a team mate is shot?

I'm an honest guy. I'll tell him that he's shot.

If he decides to play on, and he gets caught... that's a penalty. If it's rec ball and you play on... no one wants to play with you.

Hi

I'm new so I have ignored it altogether a few times simply because if it turns out it was just a splatter from hitting a barricade or something I don't want to get that person sent off for no reason. Should change with experience when I'm sure.

tell him, if he continues in a game and gets caught its likely going to be a 2 for 1 so it could loose you the game...

Impressed there's still differing opinions on a 2 year old thread! Being a front guy I don't see this much, however if one of our back guys sees somebody is hit and the ref is on their way we expect them to shoot that person with no hesitation to make sure they don't get caught playing on. Why waste time trying to communicate a hit (not to mention a ref having a bad day could still pull a penalty as communicating is considered playing on) when you can get the job done in a second and get back to shooting bad guys.
