What qualifies as a proof photo?

Morning all,

Posted a thread last night regarding selling my DAM but had it removed due to a lack of proof photo, but in my album I had photos including paper with my forum name and date of posting shown. Is there anything else I need to add to show as proof?

Proof photo should be posted as main/first photo, with the piece of paper showing your name and posting date alongside the items for sale, for added security, place the piece of paper in every photo of the items, this gives buyers extra piece of mind that you actually have the items in your possession.

I thought I had done this, but I've rearranged the imgur album for clarity, would you mind taking a look over it to make sure everything's alright now?

Hi,
The reason your post was removed was down to the date, your proof picture was dated 2-11-17, other than that your post was fine.
I will undelete your oring all post, please can you edit it to show the correct date.

I guess that's why I shouldn't be taking photo's at 3am after a long day, I literally have no idea how I managed to write that date down... thanks for clarifying!
