Help with platinum membership

Ok so iv tried to do it for 1 year and it sets me up to my paypal with some big message like a subscription mabey anyway i click ok and it just says cant do it ??? Iv tried loads money in paypal and 2 accounts linked tried all 3 payment methods no luck ? Any1 else had this problem
I just wanna be able to post in for sale and also buy teply to people etc
